- Security deposit of $100 must be paid to hold the completed reservation.
- Security deposit will be returned within two weeks of departure if no damage and left clean/tidy.
- Security deposit will be forfeited if cancellation of booking occurs within two weeks of arrival.
- Total charge for nights booked plus cleaning fee must be paid two weeks prior to arrival or before.
- Total charge for nights booked plus cleaning fee will be refunded if cancellation occurs.
- *Not allowed - smokers, vapers, animals, gatherings/parties, camping
- Maximum 4 booked guests only on premises. No daytime or overnight visitors allowed.
- No other persons may stay at the guesthouse, even if it is vacated by booked guests.
